  1. There are a number of factors considered in order to consider a candidate’s eligibility. These factors are:
    1. Age of the Candidate
    2. Qualification of the Candidate
    3. Experience of the candidate
    4. English Proficiency
    5. Foreign Language such as French
    6. Presence of an Immediate Relative
    7. Spouse and Qualification.
The Government of Canada has recently reduced the eligibility to 469 for sending the Invitations to Apply. The IELTS Score requirement can vary with the candidate. However, the candidate should have at least CLB 4 in English that is 4.5 band in IELTS to qualify for the Manitoba Provincial Nomination Program(MPNP). Remember the test results submitted by the candidate should not be more than two years old in case to be considered valid. Here are some of the conditions that need to be fulfilled by the PNP Programs

    Eligibility Requirements.
For the purpose of explanation, I am taking the example of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program(MPNP) -Other programs may have different requirements
1.Minimum qualification score of 60 out of 100.
    2. Two years of expertise in the domain.
    3. Attained a minimum Band Score of 4.5 IELTS, which should not be more than 2 years old.
The candidate should check the details of eligibility from the site or consulting a good Education Consultant.
