    The syllabus for both UPSC and any state civil services Exam like HAS are definitely not the same. However, any candidate who is preparing for the UPSC Exam the state civil services are not exactly the same, they have subtle differences. For a candidate who is preparing for the UPSC, then the state civil services will become much easier for you. However extra preparation needs to be done for the state’s culture, current affairs, history and geographical distribution.
