Punjab Civil Services(PCS) Exam 2018 Notification
Punjab Civil Services has announced 70 vacancies for various posts in various departments. PCS exam is a combined competitive examination conducted by the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC). The PPSC recruits the candidates for the various administrative posts in different departments. And there is a specific eligibility criterion for the candidates to take part in the examination.

Candidates must hold a degree from a recognised university.PCS Exam 2018 Eligibility
- Candidates must pass the 10th class with Punjabi subject.
- The candidate who are in the last year of their degree they will also appear for the exam. But they don’t have any backlog before the date of applying.
- The candidates age should not be more than 37 years and not less than 21 years.
- For the post of Deputy Superintendent in Punjab Police candidate’s age must be 28 years.
PCS Exam 2018 Date
PCS Exam 2018 will be held in the month of July.
How to apply for the PCS 2018 Exam
Candidates can apply online for the PCS Exam by visiting their official website of PPSC i.e. www.ppsc.gov.in/.
Candidates can attempt PCS Exam 4 times only. Any candidate appeared in the pre-exam is considered as an attempt one.
PCS Exam 2018 Pattern
Punjab Civil Service Exam consists of two stages i.e.
- PCS Preliminary Exams
- PCS Mains Exams

Time allowed for all the compulsory 7 Papers separately is 3 Hours each.
